    What's the last thing you cooked? No easy shit like cereal, ramen, or anything like that unless it's really special.

    I fried some tofu the other night with some red peppers of some sort I got in chinatown, taco seasoning, sri racha garlic sauce, soy sauce, paprika,chinese mustard, and curry powder. Overall it came out pretty well with only a few minor flaws.

    • I used normal tofu instead of firm, so it was soft

    • I didn't season it with enough spice and I think there was too much dry seasoning, so the inside was still really wet

    • the bean sprouts should have been fried in another pan or I should have at least held back on the garlic

    • probably should have used something sweet-ish

    I've made fried tofu myself.
    It was pretty good but it doesn't take a lot to please me when it comes to food.

    Yeah I used the firm tofu to make mine cause I figured it would make making it easier.
